1. Acceptance

By using the SQL Center Pro platform, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

SQL Center Pro is a SaaS platform that centrally monitors, reports, and manages MSSQL database backup operations. The service is provided under a company-based license model.

3. User Obligations

• Keep your account credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized access
• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes
• Do not upload harmful code or software that could impair system operations
• Do not attempt to access other users' data without authorization

4. License and Intellectual Property

The platform software, design, and content are the property of SQL Center Pro. Users are granted only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service.

5. Service Interruptions

Services may be temporarily interrupted due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. Prior notice will be provided whenever possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

SQL Center Pro shall not be held liable for any data loss experienced by users. The platform is a monitoring and reporting tool; it does not replace primary backup systems.

7. Cancellation, Refund & Right of Withdrawal

8. Sözleşmenin Feshi

In the event of a breach of these terms, user accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
