Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Statutory Period)

6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca, tüketiciler hizmet veya ürün satın alımından itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içerisinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahiptir.

2. Refund Conditions & Digital Services

Refund terms for license packages and software services purchased through SQL Center Pro are as follows:

• Purchase Refund: Refund requests submitted within 14 days following the purchase of services or licenses are processed immediately.
• Software License & Activation: If software license activation delivered electronically has not been completed or if requested within the 14-day statutory period, the refund request is approved.
• Custom Service Exception: Custom development or dedicated server installation services performed instantly with customer approval may be excluded from withdrawal rights after execution.

3. Refund Process

Upon approval of your cancellation and refund request:

• Ödenen toplam tutar, iade talebinin ulaştığı tarihten itibaren en geç 14 (on dört) gün içerisinde, ödemenin yapıldığı orijinal ödeme yöntemi (kredi kartı / banka havalesi) kullanılarak kesintisiz iade edilir.
• For credit card refunds, reflection on your account statement may vary between 1-3 business days depending on banking processes.
